About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent enterprise lawyer to join our global legal team to liaise and manage all aspects of contractual arrangements with vendors including related enterprise documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal documentation across the organisation, ensuring that agreements with counterparties are robust and comply with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates and ensure their use.
  • Liaise with external vendors to negotiate agreements as necessary.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in contract law and commercial law, with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
