The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Director to lead client relationships in India and beyond. This role will set the standard for how we engage with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams stay ahead, and builds long-term trust for growth. The Director will oversee a team that translates business goals into creative action, and spot opportunities before clients ask. They will be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion, as well as delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and drive revenue growth
- Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
- Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
- Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners
Requirements
- 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- Someone who can manage both detail and direction
- Track record of running multi-market accounts
