Lead Data Scientist - Gen AI

The DS/AI Competency Center focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and AI technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

We utilize exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, model deployment, and integration as well as model monitoring and maintenance. Our team delivers business solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run end-to-end initiatives, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment
  • Analyze and interpret findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and ROI measurement for enhancing business processes
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Must have: Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts; Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models; Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment; Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases; Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CV Gen AI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and Gen AI APIs i.e. Open AI/Gemini;
  • Nice to have: Experience in working with big data and distributed environments would be a plus; Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision would be a big plus;
