International Student Recruitment Managerial Role

The role involves managing student recruitment channels to achieve set growth targets. This includes developing and growing existing channels, as well as identifying new opportunities for student recruitment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To work in conjunction with the Director and Global Engagement Team to achieve set enrollment targets within regional responsibility by intake.
  • Regularly meet and interact with prospective students, parents, partner agencies, educational service providers, colleges, universities, institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are consistently met for various requirements such as program information, admission and scholarship processes, I-20 visa requirements, and on-campus boarding activities.
  • Develop, manage, and motivate relationships with prospective students, parents, partner agencies, educational service providers, colleges, universities, institutions, and other stakeholders to drive recruitment and brand development within regional responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Good first degree (and higher degree or professional management qualification if possible)
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and operating in the international higher education sector
  • Experience of working with and recruiting Indian students for overseas education
  • Experience of developing overseas student recruitment channels such as high schools, colleges, educational companies' networks etc.
