Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the HSEQ department, you will be responsible for managing the administration of HSE virtual instructor-led and e-learning training courses.

This role involves setting up and amending courses, updating training records, liaising with trainers, responding to queries, booking meeting rooms and lunches, running monthly reports, and coordinating training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of HSE virtual instructor-led and e-learning training
  • Support the development and customization of training content in collaboration with trainers and HSEQ specialists
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with the latest HSEQ policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • General understanding of WSP management systems
  • Delivering clear and accurate reports that meet the business requirements
  • Analyzing and interrogating data sets using Excel/Power BI to support HSEQ deliverables
  • Highly organized and able to actively monitor HSEQ deliverables to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to plan
  • Motivated team member who can work constructively and flexibly with colleagues to plan and deliver internal business objectives

Additional requirements include technical skills in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, or training software; basic knowledge of HSEQ regulations and compliance standards; and familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 45001 or other health and safety regulations.

As a strong communicator, you will be able to effectively communicate updates, issues, and feedback to stakeholders at various levels. Problem-solving and adaptability are also essential skills for this role, as you will need to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and respond proactively to last-minute changes in training schedules or resource needs.
