Training and Coordination Associate

Role :

- The Learning & Talent Services team ensures the SNOW tickets raised by client's associates for uploading a new training or updating an existing training in UP4Growth are processed on daily basis as per the ticket assignment.

  • Develops good understanding of the upcoming/deployed system features and ensures timely completions of the mandatory trainings as per the compliance policy.

Responsibilities :


• Ensuring the tickets are closed within defined SLA


• Ensuring the On-Hold cases are only genuine ones which are awaiting customer/external response
•

Ensuring the SNOW case is tagged to right HR service, GxP Impact Flag, and the Impact & Urgency Flags are appropriately marked


• Developing good understanding of the upcoming/deployed release or new system features


• Attending post release internal orientation sessions for the team


• Ensuring the project requirements (Bulk training uploads/updates) are understood and the deliverable is managed within the specified timelines.


• Ensuring the feedback from the managers based on the Root causes analysis and CAPA is followed as per the escalation or issue encountered.


• Ensuring the incidents are properly raised with first level analysis done with proper discussions with respective team leads wherever required and resolved within agreed timelines/SLAs

Requirements :

1) Prior experience in LMS (Preferably in CSOD Corner Stone)

2) Excellent spoken and written communication.

3) Knowledge about SNOW (Service NOW)

4) Good Analytic Skills

5) MS Office Knowledge

6) Work from office

Job Handling:

1) Handling SNOW tickets with specified guidelines

2) Ensuring the resolution is provided within the specified timelines

3) Ensuring the On-Hold cases are only genuine ones which are awaiting customer/IT response and the IT reference number updated at all times

4) Good team-work skills
