Role Overview:

The HSEQ Executive will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards across Food Whisperer's operations. This role involves implementing policies, conducting audits, training staff, and ensuring that the workplace meets statutory and company requirements related to food safety, hygiene, and occupational health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow HSEQ policies and procedures across all units.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, HACCP, and ISO requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of kitchen, service, and storage areas.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Organize and deliver HSEQ training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, or food safety non-compliances and recommend corrective measures.
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor and track PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage and safety compliance.
- Support in external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Certification in FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, OHSAS, or NEBOSH will be an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in HSEQ, food safety, or occupational health & safety (preferably in food service, hospitality, or catering industry).
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
