Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth through lead generation and strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize targeted strategies and tools to generate high-quality leads for IT and Digital Marketing services.
  • Prospecting & Research: Employ advanced research techniques to identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Tool Proficiency: Leverage lead generation tools such as Email Marketing, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and others to streamline the lead identification process.
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads via email, phone calls, and other platforms to nurture them and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies to meet targets and improve results.
  • Independent Work: Demonstrate ability to work independently, take ownership of the lead generation process, and report on performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in lead generation for IT and Digital Marketing services.
  • International Focus: Strong experience generating leads for international markets.
  • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and other similar platforms.
  • Research Skills: Must have exceptional research skills to identify prospects and generate high-quality leads.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results without constant supervision.
  • Additional Skills: Bonus if you have experience in other areas of digital marketing, sales, or content strategy.
