Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our painting services for specific regions, including developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving business growth, and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of painting projects for individual home buyers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations, developing SOPs, tracking their implementation, and monitoring project timelines, pricing, and quality standards. You will also oversee/engage with painters and contractors to ensure the process implemented is relevant and adopted by them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing service operations, a passion for quality, and a strategic approach to business development. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services segment. They will build and execute campaigns to drive referrals and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the value of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
