**Job Title:** Home Lending SpecialistThe Home Lending Specialist will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our prime home loan products. This role involves strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for prime home loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans.
