Sales Leader

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to lead our team of driven sales representatives in achieving yearly target achievement. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to excel at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition
- Serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for clients and the internal team
- Meet with clients to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs
- Generate new leads, qualify them, and make them part of the entire sales process leading towards closure
- Keep the CRM updated with all activities and details so that performance can be tracked
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM software
- 6-8 years of work experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in companies operating in Technology, SaaS, Fintech domain
- Prior experience working with BFSI industry is a plus
