Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate In Human Resources from Reputed Institute.

Experience: Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in handling employee life cycle / HR Administration / Talent management.

Preferred Age: Approx. 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs.
  2. Talent development.
  3. OD – initiating and implementing.
  4. Organize e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  5. Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  6. Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts.
  7. Vendor management and invoice Processing.
  8. Support in DE&I initiatives.
  9. Keeps abreast of latest training techniques, approaches and maintains a periodic updated.
  10. Report and MIS.

Requirements:

Someone who is passionate about helping people learn and grow, possess excellent communication skills, experienced in designing e-learning courses and managing training and employee engagement budgets.

About the Role:
