Reporting Structure

This is a people manager role, and the position will report to the Service Delivery Leader or AVP RPO.

Work Schedule

6 days a week, with Monday to Friday from the office and Saturday from home.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strong, constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader Taggd business.
  2. Gain a solid understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work, and business challenges faced) to anticipate future recruitment needs and align sourcing strategy accordingly.
  3. Ensure effective, high-quality regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, providing a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge sharing and accurate reporting.
  4. Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing, or strategy queries/issues arising pertaining to the RPO team.
  5. Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
  6. Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Taggd membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/projects, and additional service offerings.
  7. Utilize Gen AI tools to create hiring campaigns and build a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  8. Ensure governance and compliance (team, recruiting numbers, policy, process, procedure).
  9. Prior experience in sourcing and hands-on recruiting is essential for this role.
  10. Regular team/recruiting numbers/SLAs review.
Requirements

Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience: 8+ years in Search/RPO firms or excellent communication skills and a strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
