About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our People Ops team as an intern. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Your primary focus will be on employee onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance & admin tasks. You'll work closely with the team to maintain accurate data, assist with offboarding formalities, and support policy development.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding: Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
- HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, docs, birthdays, anniversaries.
- Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
