Job Title: Chief People Operations Manager

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a dynamic industry setting.
- Proven track record of success in implementing strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and driving results-oriented change management programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
