Job Description

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include managing business operations, driving performance optimization and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

A proven track record of lead roles in FSM implementation engagements is required, including at least one full-cycle implementation.

Strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience is necessary to drive solution development and bring strong customer engagement expertise to the table.

  • Hands-on OFS/FSM functional expertise on multiple areas of electric, gas or water utility is required, including scheduling and dispatch, rostering, crew management, field data capture, geographical information system integration, routing, timesheets, etc.

Integration with work management/WACS, human capital management (HCM), CC&B/C2M/CCS and GIS applications is desirable.

Candidates should be able to understand business requirements, provide solution recommendations for different business processes and recommend innovative future solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to lead workshops, demos and document business process.

  • Fundamentals of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) must be understood to guide overall solution development.
  • In-depth knowledge of OUAF, database structure and technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP/PMI/Scrum/SAFe) is an advantage.
  • Oracle Utilities certifications in the product suite are also advantageous.
