We are seeking a talented Associate Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and delivering best-in-class service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify mortgage needs of customers and provide appropriate lending solutions.
- Drive client acquisition, build household-level customer relationships, and capitalize on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.
- Assess and evaluate client needs, generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to the penetration of mortgage business in Rural markets through lead generations and account openings.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from any full-time institution.
- 0-3 years of experience in NBFCs or Banking.
