About Us At SRS we value long-term relationships and believe that customer satisfaction is the foundation of growth We are seeking a dedicated and experienced woman professional aged 30 to join us as a CRM Executive who can bring maturity empathy and strong communication skills to manage and enhance client relationships Key Responsibilities 1 Manage customer interactions through calls emails and meetings with professionalism and empathy 2 Maintain and update client records using CRM software and Excel 3 Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions ensuring a smooth client experience 4 Generate analyze and present customer reports and data insights 5 Assist the sales and service teams in maintaining strong client relations 6 Handle escalations effectively and ensure quick resolutions 7 Support in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives Required Skills Qualifications 1 Graduate in any field Business Marketing Commerce preferred 2 Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a plus 3 Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi 4 Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships 5 Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail 6 Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively 7 Knowledge of CRM tools software will be an added advantage Why Join SRS 1 Be part of a growing and dynamic team 2 Opportunity to work closely with clients and build strong business relationships 3 Exposure to professional growth and learning opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
