**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of business relationships and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.


**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing high-quality service and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability.
  • Regularly interact with branches for lead generation and updates on leads in CRM, ensuring conversions and following complete lead conversion process.
  • Market scope and identify potential customers with wallet share for all business clients and product penetration strategy.
  • Prepare customer profiling sheets and identify cross-sell and revenue-increasing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver, extension, and other customer requirements like buyers' credit, TOD, etc.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in working capital is mandatory.
  • Candidate should have experience in B2B sales.
  • Candidate must have experience in business banking.
