Logistics Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Transformation Manager to fill a critical role within our logistics function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive logistics cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, streamline existing processes, and improve total cycle time.
  • Partner with business and regional logistics teams to drive operational data analytics, reporting, and compliance.
  • Effectively manage international transportation and logistics activities for compliance and streamlining.
  • Support the development of organization capabilities within the function through close monitoring, mentoring, and leadership development.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and transformation management.
  • Proven expertise in TMS, ERP, and logistics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-cultural environments.
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
