We are seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Source to Pay initiative. This person will be responsible for governing, planning, and driving execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a complex, cross-functional project aimed at transforming procurement processes and enabling best-in-class digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Governance: Lead the end-to-end governance of the S2P digital transformation initiative and oversee additional engagement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols. Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Change Enablement: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests. Help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Digital Transformation experience. Project Management Certification would be preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME Experience in Procurement Processes.
  • Understanding of Integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, with large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
