Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management

We are seeking a seasoned project delivery leader with deep experience in managing digital transformation initiatives within complex global delivery environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across geographies, delivering large-scale enterprise programs, and aligning delivery with strategic business objectives.

This role requires a blend of strategic oversight, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and hands-on execution to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects in a global, multi-vendor, and multicultural environment. Act as the primary delivery contact and escalation point for clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources across geographies. Establish and drive program governance, risk management, and reporting structures.

Ensure alignment of delivery efforts with digital transformation objectives, including cloud adoption, process automation, data modernization, and customer experience enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of project management and delivery leadership experience, with a minimum of 4 years in digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing complex global delivery engagements involving cross-functional, multi-vendor teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior executives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification; Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist) a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
