**Job Description:**

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned IT professional with a proven track record in Service Delivery management. With at least 15 years of experience in the IT sector and 5+ years in a Service Delivery manager role, they should have prior experience working with an AMS provider support model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Application Product Management, Application Product Support, and Supporting the Manufacturing site and Global Delivery.
  • Have functional and technical expertise in MFG & QRA business processes and models.
  • Lead large IT transformational projects and vendor and offshore management, including AMS models.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience as a Service Delivery (Support) manager with at least 5 years.
  • Experience using an AMS provider support model is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of information systems, applications – including Quality and Regulatory systems, Manufacturing systems, ITSM systems, and project management in a regulated life science industry.
