Senior Finance Leader Job Description

The Global Solution Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Leader to drive financial strategy and transformation.

This key role will be responsible for leading finance teams in 31 countries, managing processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will oversee the preparation of all financial statements and analysis of variances to support business decisions.

To be successful in this position, you must have strong leadership abilities, including people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management. You will work closely with various departments to understand interdependencies and improve information integrity for decision-making.

We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in leading large teams and driving results-driven initiatives is essential. A background in Lean Six Sigma and IFRS certification are plus factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive culture and mindset change within teams
  • Lead finance teams in 31 countries
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Oversee preparation of all financial statements and analysis of variances
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to support business decisions
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks
