Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of business cases, as well as monitoring delivery of financial benefits.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to build integrated business cases including financial benefits and impact.
  • Help define and track key performance indicators to measure programme success.
  • Work with transformation teams and control towers to ensure any deviations from plans are factored into business cases and KPIs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align programme objectives with bank-wide financial planning and forecasting requirements.
  • Support the creation of high-quality materials for governance meetings to communicate progress against plan.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in governance and oversight of large-scale technology programmes.
  • Strong financial modelling skills with attention to detail and output quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Prior experience with JIRA, Tableau, and Python is a plus.
