Logistics Transformation Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Logistics Transformation Manager to drive change and improvement across the logistics function.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop consistency and best-practice deployment across the function
  • Establish a regular cadence on improvement needed to key performance indicators
  • Foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams to drive performance and create a culture of collaboration
  • Achieve logistics cost reductions for sites and build pipelines for future years
  • Coordinate with IT and Center of Excellence teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities and automation possibilities
  • Partner with business and regional logistics teams to drive operational data analytics, reporting, and compliance
  • Effectively manage international transportation and logistics activities for regulatory compliance, streamlining existing processes, and improving total cycle time
  • Support building organizational capabilities within the function, focusing on leadership and functional competency development through close monitoring and mentoring

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics
  • 15 years of experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Logistics tools, and similar technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Promotes and champions change management
  • Teamwork in complex, multicultural environments
  • International work experience
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Problem-solving skills
