Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Associate Manager - HR Compliance. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory labour laws.

  • Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws: EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, S&E Acts, ID Act, Gratuity Act, etc.
  • Oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations.
  • Conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations (Form 2, ESIC, PF nomination, UAN verification).
  • Address and resolve employee PF-related queries in coordination with vendors and regional offices.
  • Ensure real-time tracking and closure of compliance deliverables using our compliance tracking system.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of central and state labour laws and statutory regulations. Additionally, familiarity with sector-specific compliance (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI) is highly desirable.

Key Skills

To succeed in this role, the following skills are essential:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.
  • Additional certification in labour law or statutory compliance is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in a regulated industry (financial services, fintech, or insurance).
  • Hands-on experience managing compliance audits, inspections, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using compliance tracking tools, HRMS and MS Office.
