Key Responsibilities:
  • Review of all legal & statutory documents, ensuring Direct Labour and Contractors' Labour are compliant.
  • Ensure Compliance from all vendors respecting applicable Labour Laws.
  • Conduct Internal Audit and ensure compliance with respect to Customer's Code of Conduct.
  • Arrange inter-department meetings to discuss audits, develop action plans, and ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate Customer Audits according to the audit calendar.
  • Visit sites, identify Non-Compliances, analyze, and escalate to respective departments for completion.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Audit team until audit requirements are met.
  • Update customer portal status in a timely manner after approval from stakeholders.
  • Handle all Social Compliance Audits.
