Job Description

As a Legal Executive, you'll be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding our legal interests across all operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Identifying and resolving risks or disputes effectively.
  • Protecting our intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
  • Providing legal advice to internal teams and supporting decision-making.
  • Liaising with external counsel for litigation and specialized matters.
  • Maintaining organized legal records and drafting standardized policies.
  • Preparing and sending legal notices when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and IP laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications & Experience

You should have:

  • An LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws, and commercial contracts.
