Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned compliance professional with expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and statutory filings. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior compliance, corporate secretarial, or governance role, with experience working in a listed company and handling M&A compliance.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation.
