This role involves working with a leading General Insurance broker to provide specialist risk-management solutions to businesses across various sectors and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Needs Analysis and Client Management: Identify insurance needs, understand risk profiles, and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare and submit proposals to insurers, negotiate terms, and ensure the best possible coverage and pricing.
  • Policy Placement and Management: Place policies with insurers, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Claims Management: Assist clients with claims, including documentation, negotiation, and settlement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines related to insurance broking and government contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and insurance providers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Graduate, MBA (preferred).
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry only.
  • Experience connecting with top-level management or decision-makers of large corporates, PSUs, Government companies.
  • Generating revenue individually and with the team.
  • Team handling experience.
  • Product Knowledge - Non-Employee benefits.
