Job Title: Senior Executive Channel Sales Key Purpose of the Job:The position is responsible for efficiently managing partners and achieving sales revenue targets, unit sales and collections for assigned projects. Key Accountabilities:
  • Achieve sales value and volume as per target. (Sales = Net Order Book)
  • Achieve targeted speed of sales from assigned channels and contribution margin to site targets
  • Increase efficiency levels of closing/walk in at respective sites and track monitoring of the same
  • Create and develop new channels for increasing width and depth of channel distribution pipeline
  • Ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity and provide timely feedback as per market dynamics
  • Liaise with stakeholders and functions to improve individual site level channel activities and customer experience
  • Develop and implement site plans and initiate BTL activities as required
 Strategic Objectives:
  • Focusing on channel development and creating strong partnerships within the region
  • To act as a critical link between channels & closure managers to develop robust customer walk-in
  • Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of channel sales at each site by intelligent identification, development and allocation of channels
  • Maintains accurate records for activities conducted and meetings done
  • Recommend and execute strategies to ensure uninterrupted walk-ins comprising of the right target group of customers for specific project sites assigned, from various channels
 Operational Responsibilities:
  • Managing all Channel related trackers and review mechanism
  • Developing direct and non-traditional channels
 Developmental Tasks:
  • Prepare and execute action plans for each allocated project for weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with Marketing team so that effective walk-ins and closures for site are achieved
  • Knowledge Management
  • Design, development and outreach activities for channels
  • Identify knowledge gaps, map and set trainings
 Interactions:Internal: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance
External: Corporates, HNI Clients, Brokers, Property Consultants, Customers, Service partners Eligibility, Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduation in Marketing & Sales with 8-10 years of Real Estate industry exposure
  • Continuously demonstrated ability to achieve sales target through a network of Channel Partners
  • Excellent Communication skills and proactive attitude
