Senior Director of Digital Transformation

As a seasoned leader, we seek an innovative and strategic thinker to drive digital transformation across our Therapeutic Dermatology, Dermatology Skincare, and Injectable Aesthetics business verticals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that deliver measurable ROI and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • To lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive innovation and performance in digital marketing, social media, content analytics, and initiatives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units, including C-level executives, marketers, and sales teams.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or similar; Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15-17 years continuous experience in digital & ecommerce and marketing strategy role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through digital transformation and innovation.
  • Strategic vision with hands-on digital marketing expertise, leadership, and stakeholder influence across business units.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer psychology and HCP behavior, comfortable operating in regulated environments.
