Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our presence in the market, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the corporate and government sectors.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships in the Audio-Visual industry.
  • Lead Management: Manage leads from platforms like Indiamart and other business channels, following up promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the client's needs.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate AV solutions, including video conferencing systems, interactive flat panels, LED videowalls, and digital signage.
  • Customer Demos: Organize and manage product demonstrations in the office or at client locations, showcasing our technology solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of client orders, ensuring smooth coordination for delivery, installation, and payment collection.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of sales experience in the Audio-Visual industry, with a strong track record of working in corporate and government sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Audio-Visual solutions, including video conferencing systems, interactive displays, digital signage, and professional audio setups.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AV technologies and tools to facilitate solution selling.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
