As a Customer Success Associate at TalentSource International, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion by establishing partnerships with industry-leading experts. This exciting opportunity requires someone who is goal-oriented, driven to deliver excellent results, and has a strong track record of outbound outreach.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach via LinkedIn and other social media channels to engage industry experts, negotiating commercial terms with external stakeholders, and managing member relationships. If you have experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to expand the network of experts for TalentSource International
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships with industry experts
- Manage member relationships and address queries from leads and experts
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus
- Basic knowledge of generating leads using LinkedIn and other media sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A competitive base salary of 90,000 per month + commission + health insurance
- Company-provided cellphone and laptop
- Great growth potential in the short term (6-12 months) for top performers
- Flexible work arrangements, including Monday and Friday work-from-home days
