At a leading logistics firm, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Manager to lead our team of Pickup and Delivery Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 120-150 individuals, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily attendance and demand basis for Pickup and Delivery Partners.
- Improve and maintain promised delivery times for better customer experience.
- Conduct classroom and field training for better customer experience.
- Conduct regular field audits for compliance among Pickup and Delivery Partners.
- Manage voluntary attrition and control absconders through regular engagement activities.
- Provide feedback and conduct weekly one-on-ones to understand problem areas.
- Solve order-level escalations to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prior experience in process design and operations implementation.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing blue-collar workers.
- Able to travel within the city on a bike.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate, and train blue-collar workers.
- Local geographical area knowledge and ability to converse in local languages.
- An entrepreneurial attitude with a go-getter mindset.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
- Customer service skills with a consistent high level of service.
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
