Effective Finance Management

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization. This includes developing and implementing financial plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience in finance management
- Knowledge of SAP CO, MM & FI modules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Requirements:
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
- Cost records and cost audit experience
- Experience working independently in a costing department
- Exposure to financial accounting and management reporting
- Product-wise costing and margin analysis
- Costing roll-ups and MM/ FI module knowledge
- Make and buy decision commercials
- Inventory analytics and control
- Establish and ensure control on material recording and valuations
- Costing data analytics and ensure compliance of data accuracy for Financials
- Audit and compliance
