Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our manpower planning and shift rostering processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our load projections and productivity targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements, including SOPs, facility 5S, and upkeep of facilities. They will also be responsible for monitoring vehicle connections, availability, and timely unloading/loading of vehicles.

A key aspect of this role is the planning of ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and coordination with our fleet team. Maintaining service levels and performance metrics is critical to the success of this position.

Effective communication and coordination with various teams, including commercial, security, fleet, and last mile, is essential. Driving metrics in respective functions, such as inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics, is a priority.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR/Employee-related KRA's, including Diversity Hiring, Employee Morale, and Employee Safety. Mentoring and capability building of team members is also an important aspect of this role.

Process improvement opportunities will be explored and driven to closure. Implementation of industry best practices, such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma, will be essential for shop floor management.

Preferred candidates will be female graduates with a BTech from a Tier 1 college. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience post-graduation is required.
