Site Supervisor Job Opportunity


As a Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
2. Supervise and instruct the construction team, as well as subcontractors, on project-specific tasks and protocols.
3. Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
4. Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
5. Handle site accidents in accordance with established incident protocols.
6. Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance and performance.
7. Evaluate the performance of construction employees and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
8. Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and quality specifications.
9. Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain a safe working environment.
