Job Title: Site Execution Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Execution Lead to oversee the execution of large-scale renewable energy projects from planning through to safe and timely handover.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource schedules, and logistics strategies.
  • Lead pre-construction surveys, risk assessments, and readiness reviews to anticipate site constraints.
  • Establish on-site construction offices, procure equipment and materials, and coordinate staffing with procurement and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Direct all civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and contractual requirements.
  2. Implement quality management systems and track non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  3. Coordinate commissioning activities with vendors and grid operators to satisfy technical and lender requirements.
  4. Manage health, safety, and environmental initiatives, including incident investigations and audits.
  5. Interface with local authorities and stakeholders to secure site access and permits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of experience in construction management of large-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Proven track record delivering successful projects from ground-breaking to commercial operation date (COD).
