Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and review online merchandise presentation on the website to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement, and promotional tags are accurate and meet brand standards.
- Analyze market trends and offerings to develop and execute merchandise stock assortments, SKU rationalization, reorder strategies, and new product development.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and eCommerce teams to ensure promotional readiness, inventory availability, etc.
- Stay highly focused on current trends, opportunities, product assortment, competition, and merchant vision by category to drive conversion growth.
- Monitor and conduct site audits for accuracy; responsible for managing and optimizing site content and site merchandising.
- Analyze data daily to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions/take action to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare and present daily and weekly reporting for eCommerce team leadership.
- Understand categorical seasonality and customer buying trends.
- Suggest updates for digital promotional banners across all sites and help build landing pages to support promotional campaigns.
- Continuously improve product presentation including short and long descriptions, key features, photography, etc.
- Support merchandising strategies to achieve sales goals, analyzing sales and market data to make recommendations for merchandising plans.
- Regularly review websites to ensure accurate listings.
- Develop markdown strategies to optimize sell-through and profitability.
