Construction Project Manager

The primary responsibility of a Site Engineer is to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects. This involves organizing materials, ensuring site safety and cleanliness, and preparing cost estimates.
In addition, Site Engineers provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. They diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts.
Other key responsibilities include authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans, drawing up work schedules, and communicating adjustments to crew members and clients. Site Engineers also gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Furthermore, they delegate tasks, schedule meetings and training sessions where necessary, and complete quality assurance checks to provide feedback to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a strong background in construction management, HVAC systems, and air conditioning. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, supervising teams, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.
