Civil Construction Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality civil construction results.
  • Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs and execution timelines.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 8 years in utility-scale solar power projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and solar project construction methodologies.
Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and progress reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
