We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our building construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in civil construction, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications, designs, and local regulations.
- Prepare daily reports on progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-7 years of experience in civil construction or related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on the job site.
