**Job Definition**

The Site Foreman for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring the accurate assembly and installation of steel structures as per project specifications. They manage the workforce, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly.
- To identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Coordinating contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule labour, equipment, and materials.
- Manage the construction site documentation, site expenses, and others
- To prepare daily work progress reports and work schedule.
- To Prepare labour weekly wages and subcontractor wages.
- Bill of quantity measurement checking.
- Acknowledge site closure.
- To prepare contractors work order.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years working as a Site Foreman - PEB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Flexible to work at any site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
