Report production progress to superiors. Develop a work schedule for workers. Supervise all production workers.Be the liaison between workers and superiors.Solve disputes& conflicts between workers& multiple shifts.Ensure that a production is adequately staffed.assign tasks to workers as per production requirement.Ensure that the production is staying on or under budget within timelines.Implement Company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to legislation, process and quality. Carry out and record site inspections. Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements. Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field from recognised university & institute in India. ITI/ diploma or equivalent from recognised university & institute in India. 2-3 Yrs. Experience with manufacturing facility.
