Job Title: Factory Supervisor
The role of Factory Supervisor entails overseeing the daily operations at a manufacturing facility. This involves ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity throughout the entire production process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: The supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all factory operations to meet output targets on time and within budget.
- Maintenance and Repair: Regular inspections will be conducted to monitor equipment condition and adherence to quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and training production staff across all facility departments is also an essential responsibility.
- Quality Assurance: Collaboration with quality control teams to enforce quality protocols and continuously improve product standards is crucial.
Key Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or business administration.
- 5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting, preferably with background in machinery or metal products.
- Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production management software.
