Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region.

About the Role:
  • Tender & Technical Review:
  • Analyze tender documents and drawings to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications on project scope and requirements.
  • Construction Methodology:
  • Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients on project progress and timelines.
  • Design Coordination & Value Engineering:
  • Collaborate with in-house design teams to create construction-friendly designs that optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications.
  • Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness through value engineering.
  • Technology & Equipment Expertise:
  • Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Handle methodologies for complex structures such as high-rise buildings and large institutional structures.
  • Site & Execution Support:
  • Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Work closely with execution teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication & Documentation:
  • Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
