Job Title: Project Manager

Knowledgeworks Global Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management, software development life cycles, and software quality assurance methodologies.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, reporting status to stakeholders, supporting quality assurance goals, participating in release management cycles, analyzing trends, coaching project teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes, ensuring timely delivery, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, measuring project performance, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, solid organizational skills, strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, and experience working with remote teams and proficiency in project management tools.

A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or 15 years of proven working experience in project management is required.
