Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role involves strategizing and executing marketing plans to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and exhibit proactive marketing initiatives to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (Mandatory skill) to develop effective online marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify potential clients and nurture prospective leads.
  • Skilled in content strategy (Mandatory skill) to create compelling content that aligns with audience interests.
  • Proficiency in campaign management to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Experience with SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and improve search engine ranking results.
  • Adept at brand positioning to establish and strengthen the company's presence in the competitive market.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools for streamlining efforts and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Strong budget management skills to effectively allocate marketing spend for maximum ROI.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences.


• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for TyreBook.


• Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and other B2B platforms.


• Write and execute marketing content: posts, brochures, reels, video scripts, blogs, SMS/email campaigns.


• Design and manage lead generation campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing tools.


• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics: leads, CPL, CAC, engagement rates


• Coordinate closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Build a clear brand voice to resonate with tyre dealers and fleet operators across Tier 2–3 cities.
